Facing the blue ocean market where the penetration rate of electric vehicles in third- and fourth-tier cities exceeds 70%, Xiaodao Electric Vehicle has built a channel network covering 2,000 counties, with 3,500 township service stations. It fulfills the after-sales commitment of "2-hour response and 4-hour repair". Tailored to rural road conditions, it launched the "Hanma" series of load-bearing models, which adopt thickened off-road tires and reinforced frames, with a load capacity of 500kg, suitable for the transportation of agricultural products.
Xiaodao has also innovated the "trade-in" policy, offering a maximum discount of 1,500 yuan (including old vehicle valuation and subsidy). It carries out "rural promotion activities" in collaboration with local supply and marketing cooperatives, with a maximum of 320 units sold in a single event. In the third quarter of 2025, sales in the sinking market accounted for 78%, with a growth rate far exceeding the industry average.
