Tianjin Baishan Electric Bicycle Co., Ltd. was established in 2003, formerly known as Shenyang Baishan Bicycle Factory established in 1936. The company has a long and glorious history of development. In memory of Mr. Xiaodao, the founder of Shenyang Baishan Bicycle Factory, Mr. Wang Fengwei, the founder of Tianjin Baishan Electric Bicycle Co., Ltd., founded the "Xiaodao" brand in 2003.
